Looking for some summer fun? Slide on over to SplashDown Beach, a wonderful family water park with slides, wave pools, snack bars and more! Open 10am-7pm June through August.
We go to Splashdown every summer. As my kids get bigger, they find more exciting rides to try out.
Clean and close to home! Trolling rides and a ton of fun!
The kids have an awesome time, close to home. We love Splash Down, but the rising cost of tickets will likely keep us away this season.
This water park is a perfect way to spend a summer day. Lots to do for young children. Clean and well staffed. The price for food and table / lounge chair availability were good too.
My family loves Splashdown Beach....there's plenty to do for all ages, from the little ones to the adults. Tip....go early, as the lines for the water slides can get long during the peak afternoon hours. Only negative is they have a no food or drink allowed policy, but you can eat outside at the picnic tables if you don't feel like spending money on pizza or Nathans.
I love how we have this place in the Hudson Valley. Over the years they have really worked to improve it and it just gets better than better (although I miss the bumper boats!)
We took our two and ten year old midweek this summer and everyone had a blast! Once the camp kids cleared out, we had full run of the place. My toddler loved the Bob the Builder section and was brave enough for some slides. My ten year old rode the tube slides for hours!! Reasonably priced, and even worth going half day!
Splashdown is a great place to take the kids of all ages for the day. It will feel like you are on a mini vacation. They also have some great season pass deals that pop up throughout the year, and in just a few visits the passes will pay for themselves.
We have had a few visits over the past couple years to Splashdown Beach, and we have a blast every time we go. Our kids really love the Bob the Builder area, the wave pool, and the lazy river. My oldest daughter was finally brave enough to try the big water slides this year, and once she went down one, she wanted to do it over and over :)
