U-pick fruits and vegetables, Farm market, greenhouse, petting zoo, field trips, school tours, corn maze, mini-golf. Open for the season daily from 10am-6pm.
This place and great, lots of things to pick that the kids love doing, feed the animals, mini golf and bounce pillow! Fun daytime activity!
We love getting our fruits (and veggies) of the season from Kelders! We love driving into the fields and picking our own bounty!!
Kelder's has a lot to offer for families. You can feed the animals, pick a pumpkin or apples. Then bounce around on the giant blow up pillow! The kids never get tired of this. There's also a great play area for the kids and when it's nice out you can have lunch at the picnic table.
Pick-your-own fruits, feed the farm animals, jump on the pillow, play golf, take a hayride, get through a corn maze.... lots of family farm fun!! My only gripe is that with a large family, the cost really adds up quickly for each of those enticing activities! They have a cute wooden tractor and train that my kids really enjoy, too (and are free to play on!) And its quite the long ride out to Kerhonkson, but a nice ride with the scenic fall leaves anyway!
Great place for children. Mini golf, petting zoo, jumping pillow, u-pick, play structures and you can even milk a cow! PLUS they are open during the week ;)
I took my daughter pumpkin picking at Kelders Farm this year and I was pleasantly surprised by all of the activities they offer. I have driven by more times than I can count and had never taken the time to stop in before but we will definitely be going back! All of the staff were very courteous and friendly as well as very helpful. They have a large array of activities for kids of all ages and adults alike and their prices are reasonable compared to other similar places.
Kelder's Farm is fun and FAMILY friendly! The kids can go help pick seasonal fruits and vegetables. Then they can play on the wooden tractor and visit with the animals. For $1, they can buy a bag of animal feed. Then they can go play on the jumping pillow (I think the fee for this is $5 but I comes with a bag of animal food!!) They also have a mini-golf on-site where kids can learn about local flowers and plants.
